The Debbie Marshall Bellaire Recycling Center is located at 4400 Edith (at Newcastle) and is open from 8 AM to 5 PM, seven days each week.  (MAP)

Who was Debbie Marshall?

Debbie Marshall has long been considered the prime mover behind the recycling movement in Bellaire. Between her fund-raising efforts, grant securing work, and her recycling and composting education, Debbie's contribution to recycling in Bellaire is unmatched. Debbie was taken early (at 43 years old) from us after a long bout with cancer.
