Car Batteries (Lead-Acid

Car batteries are NOT accepted at the Debbie Marshall Recycling Center.  However, the lead in these batteries is bad for the environment and should be recycled or disposed of properly.  These batteries are accepted at most scrap metal recycling companies and a few are listed below for your convenience.  You may wish to call ahead to make sure they are recycling them.
